Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VolkoSpa LLC, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide a smooth and personalized experience. Please review our policies below to understand how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Notice period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the scheduled service).

No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
Refund Policy
Since all of our skincare and esthetic services are performed in person and customized to each client’s needs, payments for completed services are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for:

Same-day cancellations
If you experience an unexpected skin reaction or concern after your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your case and, if appropriate, offer a corrective service at no additional cost.
Prepaid Appointments & Gift Cards
Any prepaid sessions, deposits, or gift cards are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another service or recipient upon request, at our discretion.
