Massage Techniques

Before each procedure, I conduct a consultation to assess facial contours, muscle tone, and your individual goals. Based on the consultation, I select the massage technique that best suits your facial structure and desired result.

Facial massage works with muscles and soft tissues that influence the shape of the face. It helps improve facial contours, support a more defined jawline, reduce puffiness, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall tone.

For those who prefer a natural approach, massage can help maintain clearer facial contours and a more toned appearance without more intensive cosmetic procedures.

Contraindications to Facial Massage

Facial massage is not recommended in cases of dermatoses, inflammatory skin conditions, impaired skin integrity, active herpes, acute infectious diseases, growths in the treatment area, elevated body temperature, or general illness.

Facial Skincare Close-Up

Sculptural Facial Massage

⏱ 60 min     $79

Sculptural facial massage is a deep technique focused on improving muscle tone and supporting natural facial structure. The treatment works with key muscle groups to help restore balance, release tension, and enhance the appearance of facial contours.

Over time, facial muscles may become tight in some areas and weakened in others. This imbalance can contribute to a tired appearance, less defined contours, and visible signs of aging. Targeted manual techniques help stimulate circulation and support the skin’s natural firmness and elasticity.

This massage focuses on improving overall facial tone while promoting a more refreshed and sculpted appearance.

Recommended for:

• decreased muscle tone

• softened facial contours

• tension in facial muscles

• uneven texture or tone

• dull-looking skin

• signs of fatigue

• mild puffiness

• overall loss of firmness

Many clients notice that the skin looks more radiant and the face appears more defined after the session.

For optimal and longer-lasting results, a series of treatments is recommended.

Recommended course: 8–12 sessions

Frequency: 1–2 times per week

With regular treatments, results may be maintained for several months.

Gua Sha Facial Massage

⏱ 60 min     $79

Gua Sha is a lymphatic drainage facial massage performed using smooth stone tools designed to gently stimulate the skin and underlying tissues.

This technique helps reduce puffiness, improve facial contours, and support the skin in the early stages of aging. One of the main benefits of Gua Sha massage is the immediate visible effect — the skin looks fresher, smoother, and more radiant after the session.

The massage improves microcirculation, helping the skin receive more oxygen and nutrients. Lymphatic drainage helps remove excess fluid and supports the natural detox process. The technique also helps relax facial muscles and improve overall skin tone.

Gua Sha massage can be a great choice before an important event or meeting, as it helps quickly improve skin appearance and restore a healthy glow.

Recommended for:

• early signs of photoaging

• dull skin tone

• uneven skin texture

• pigmentation

• puffiness

• decreased skin firmness

• dark circles under the eyes

• tired-looking skin

Improvement is often visible immediately after the procedure — the skin looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed.

Course: 8–10 sessions

Frequency: 2 times per week

Face Massage Therapy

Myofascial Facial Massage

⏱ 60 min     $79

Myofascial massage is often called a “youth massage” because it works deeply with the soft tissues that support facial structure.
Using specialized manual techniques, the therapist works with fascia and deeper tissue layers, helping release tension, reduce puffiness, and improve overall facial tone.
The technique focuses on targeted areas of concern and helps model facial contours, reduce early signs of aging, and promote muscle relaxation.
The face contains myofascial pathways along which the specialist performs precise movements to improve tissue mobility and circulation.
The procedure provides a noticeable lifting effect, helps stimulate lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, improve skin tone, soften fine lines, and support a healthier complexion.

Recommended for:
• decreased tissue tone
• facial tension
• puffiness
• early signs of aging
• dull skin tone
• fine lines
• heaviness in facial tissues
• reduced contour definition
Improvement may often be noticed after the first session — the face appears more lifted, relaxed, and refreshed.
For best and longer-lasting results, a full course is recommended.

After completing the course, the result may last up to 6 months.

Course: 10–12 sessions
Frequency: once per week

Facial Skin Treatment

Sculptural Buccal Facial Massage

⏱ 60 min     $95

Sculptural buccal massage is often called a non-surgical lifting technique because it works deeply with the muscles that shape facial contours.

The procedure begins with thorough work on the facial muscles from the outside, improving circulation and relaxing tension. Then the muscles inside the oral area are gently massaged, allowing deeper access to structures that influence the firmness and shape of the face.

With age, muscle tone decreases, elasticity is reduced, and facial tissues gradually lose support. As a result, contours become less defined, the lower face may appear heavier, and expression lines become more noticeable.

This technique helps stimulate muscles and soft tissues, supporting more defined contours and a firmer appearance.

Recommended for:

• loss of definition in the jawline and cheek area

• sagging tissues

• marionette lines

• downturned corners of the mouth

• double chin

• puffiness

• facial asymmetry

• heaviness in the lower part of the face

Improvement can often be noticed even after the first session — facial contours appear more lifted, muscles feel more toned, and the face looks more refreshed.

For best and longer-lasting results, a full course is recommended.

Course: 10–12 sessions

Frequency: 1–2 times per week

After completing the course, the result may last up to 6 months.
